Private Investment Tracking

As a serial entrepreneur, I get a lot of joy from contributing back to others building their companies and I also have a number of investments I enjoy making in various forms. As I began to find ways of helping companies out via angel investing, I quickly began to find myself utilizing a combination of physical folders, emails I tried not to delete, and digital files to keep track of investments and the many different documents that went with each. Many times during a deal, there are multiple versions of documents between the founders and myself or between legal/accounting and other coinvestors and myself. Once a deal was completed, I went on with life but found that I didn’t have a good view across a variety of those investments.

So we built Woven Wealth.

Woven Wealth is a new platform developed specifically for private investors to organize and track their investments. Understanding what industries and areas we are invested in, spotting opportunities to connect companies within our portfolio so everyone benefits, and simply storing all the important documents for a deal are all easily done within the Woven Wealth Platform.

We are constantly adding features and are working on functionality for groups of investors to co-invest together and communicate privately while maintaining their own records of what they invested in and what the terms were.
